Twice I’ve called this dealership with questions that could not be answered, so the Nissan representative promised someone would call me back with an answer. No one from Nissan has ever called back. On o could not be answered, so the Nissan representative promised someone would call me back with an answer. No one from Nissan has ever called back. On one occasion, I called and reminded the customer service agent that I’ve waited two hours for a return call. She promised I’d be called, but I never was. I concluded that this is a game this dealership plays with callers when the dealership doesn’t want to deal with certain questions or issues. I am planning to have work done to my car, but I may choose another dealership. I’m not sure I can trust Nissan of Lithia Springs. More
Great dealership. They always have appointments available and they give out coupons sometimes. The service was good too. My only complaint is how they hound you endlessly to do these surveys. When I contacted the manager regarding s issue I believed had happened during my service call, the service manager immediately looked into the issue and invited me into the service area to show me what had h had happened during my service call, the service manager immediately looked into the issue and invited me into the service area to show me what had happened during the service call so I could rest assured that everything was alright. Poor communication from start to finish. Had my car towed there. They had no clue where my car or keys were for 5 days. It took my BF to locate the car and the keys. They lost the keys again when we went to there. They had no clue where my car or keys were for 5 days. It took my BF to locate the car and the keys. They lost the keys again when we went to pick up the vehicle. I was in a rental for an additional week fooling with this service department. The manager Ron was extremely kind and addressed the situation personally. I just can’t take a chance going back though. More
