I dropped my car off on 10/20/2021; I didn’t hear from anyone until 10/23/2021, though I called multiple times, and I left voicemails, since I dropped my car off. The next time I heard from someone again, was on Thursday 10/25/2021, and that’s only because they had Troy ke billing my warranty company. The car was ready on Saturday 10/30/2021. As far as my personal service coordinator, his customer service was on point. A lot left to be said about those that do and don't answer the phones.
