The Service Advisors that have serviced me there; Fred and Collin are 2 quality gentleman who posses excellent customer service skills. However, the length of time for the technicians to complete their servicing for my vehicle always takes a ridiculous lengthy time frame. Smh My last service a day ago was simply to put on 4 new tires and an alignment, this was completed in a total of almost 5 hours! Ridiculous! Smh More
