Although the staff is friendly... they Need to communicte more effectively so that the customer isn't given false hope. The brand new nv200 mini cargo that I purchased on July 13 has issues with the ac box drainage; its draining on the inside of the van as opposed to the outside. Also the airbag light came on yesterday August 2nd, so now there is an issue with it as well. The manager ask me to bring the van in to the service center to be diagnosed for the leak on June 6...I was told that they did not have a loaner vehicle. After taking the vehicle to them for a 2nd time they determined that the leak was coming from an improper drainage. Bud in the service department then asked me when did I want them to start the repairs?I told him immediately! His response was .."oops we are slammed but let me see what I can make happen. Only to come back and tell me that the part is on back order and they do not have an ETA. Not only that...at the time the manager Andrew and the sales person Alexis told me they don't have loaner vehicles for a van. Now that I have asked Andrew the manager to replace the defective van with a new one.... they all of a sudden have a loaner SUV or Truck. This whole experience has sucked. More
