They got me finananced and was a little different situation and that caused some issues; but when it came to questioning the whys, we got several different answers. Then I found out I purchased a car situation and that caused some issues; but when it came to questioning the whys, we got several different answers. Then I found out I purchased a car that was certified but they need me to bring it in so they can do a final check off. Then said they needed to finish oil and filter change. Well you drain the oil, so how can u finish, because I'm sure there is oil in it...right. so why was I driving and buying a certified car that has not been certified? I never get a straight answer.
