The customer service has a lot of room to improve . It took me 3 calls to be able to schedule an appointment. Once there it took 1 hour and 30 minutes until they START to work in my car (after I complain) took me 3 calls to be able to schedule an appointment. Once there it took 1 hour and 30 minutes until they START to work in my car (after I complain) . No communication at all. It took almost 4 hours only to do a oil change. Way to much! I previously owned a Maxima that I purchased and had serviced at this location. I now get my Murano service here. Service is still great but the facility is less desirable. The waiting room need a refre serviced at this location. I now get my Murano service here. Service is still great but the facility is less desirable. The waiting room need a refresh, old tattered and mismatched furniture, restroom need cleaning and I saw sales people eating food out front in the lobby. Not a good look or smell. Things have changed a lot here. Considering finding another dealership for service. More
