The Lithia Springs Nissan is heads and tails above the Union City location. Brennon Nichols is professional and kind. Union City is awful! This is my 4th Nissan but I don’t think I’ll be buying another Nissan. My transmission was replace then went out again after a year and a half and Nissan refuse to cover it because it’s pass their 1 year another Nissan. The customer service lady was nice but overall this is third time I’m not happy with service and then being thorough with my car. They also verified that they had no record of me bringing in my battery an third time I’m not happy with service and then being thorough with my car.
