The only good thing about this experience was the service agent Kayla. She was so professional and courteous. Let’s start at the beginning where I called multiple times, got hung up on by whomever picked up agent Kayla. She was so professional and courteous. Let’s start at the beginning where I called multiple times, got hung up on by whomever picked up the phone. When the lady finally answered she was so dry and short with her words and very rude. She scheduled my diagnostic test and did not inform me that I would have to leave my car there. I show up to the dealership and they let me know it will take 3-4 days so I was forced at the last minute to purchase a rental. I ended up having to use my money on a rental instead of Mother’s Day plans which I would have never scheduled my appointment and would have planned a rental at a different place if I had known. The woman I got the rental from was also very nice and personable. I get the rental and try and get in contact with the service department because they took my car keys and my house keys were attached. The guy who answered the phone was absolutely rude and would not allow me to speak to my service advisor, he told me that I would have to wait until I physically come in just to speak to her. Then when I pay for my services with my debit card I ended up with 13 fraudulent charges on my account which caused my bank to freeze my account and now I am unable to pay my mortgage. This was absolutely the worst experience, whomever answers your phones needs to have serious customer service training and you guys need a more secure server for payments so fraud doesn’t happen to people. I’m never bringing my car back here again, and you would get no stars if it wasn’t for the pleasant experience I had with Kayla T and the lady who did the rentals. More

Everything went fine. Only thing I was not happy about was the wait when I arrived; the problem is if one has an appointment say at 10 but there cars in front of you and it’s 10 already ; well then , I wo was the wait when I arrived; the problem is if one has an appointment say at 10 but there cars in front of you and it’s 10 already ; well then , I would like to announce to someone that I am have arrived but not sure who to talk to ; and I might be ahead of those in front of me that are waiting so it’s a matter of someone acknowledging that I have an appointment and that I made the appointment so I’m not considered late ; but that’s about it, everything went well and was a little quick on the oil change which was the reason I came which was awesome!
