I went for a simple airbag recall. I made my appointment and then drove to the dealership. After waiting 3 hours!!!!! They told me they don't have the part. They didn't check when I called, they didn't chec and then drove to the dealership. After waiting 3 hours!!!!! They told me they don't have the part. They had to make sure to waste all my time. I have already contacted Nissan with their negligence, and am telling everyone I know to do anything to avoid quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Never!!! Ever!!!!
