I brought my Rogue in to be serviced 4/7/21 @9am. It took 30 mins for someone to check me in. I was told it could take 4-6hrs. Nissan brought me home @11am. I started calling Melady Perdue @1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4p 30 mins for someone to check me in. I was told it could take 4-6hrs. Nissan brought me home @11am. I started calling Melady Perdue @1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, got no response or a call back. I finally was able to reach Melady @6pm, to hear my truck wasn’t fix and that a part would be ordered. Today is 4/15/21 and I still haven’t heard back from Melady about the part or when I can my truck back to be repaired. More

I am very displeased with my service. Upon picking up the vehicle the service engine light was on which prompted me to check under the hood and to my suprise none of the fluids were not topped off & my back vehicle the service engine light was on which prompted me to check under the hood and to my suprise none of the fluids were not topped off & my back passenger door was not shut. Before having my car serviced the service engine light has never come on in all the years that I've owned thus vehicle. What's worse than that is no one called to say the service engine light came on. No attention to detail was applied. I noticed all these things after paying. I did not leave the dealership, but addressed each issue with the service advisor. At that point it was like I was non-factor as I waited 1.5 hrs to confirm the $877.14 service I paid for was really completed. The additional wait time was super annoying because the vehicle had been at the dealership for week so when it was communicated I could pick it up the vehicle I was thinking I would pay & go. Once my vehicle was pulled around for the 3rd time the coolant nor the windshield wash had been topped. The service advisor Curtis Cortijo had to top off the car will coolant himself. This was a service I paid for so it is extremely odd none was in the reservoir. As a customer I feel taken advantage of entrusting this location to do quality work. I am now in search of another facility to confirm the work I paid for actually completed. More
