I rate the Nissan of Lithia Springs 5 stars. I had done my own research before coming to the dealership and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. The sales person, Myles Rankins listened to my requests a my own research before coming to the dealership and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. The sales person, Myles Rankins listened to my requests and respectfully assisted me with the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. In addition to the purchase, The.car I purchased was pre-owned and still needed to be detailed. I schedule a regular oil change and was confirmed. The issue I had is I waiting almost 3 hours for the service. I can understand if I didn’t schedule the oil change m, this was big excessive. I was charged double on the Sunbilt contract and called several times to notify Nissan . I was told they would call me back and never did . I went back up there to tell them this had to be taken care of ri several times to notify Nissan . I was told they would call me back and never did . I went back up there to tell them this had to be taken care of right away to get my money back the same day and I was told the manager had to do it and he had been in meetings all day that’s why he wasn’t notified. I spoke with the manager myself and he did solve the problem however it was a lot of micromanaging from my end . More
