Poor service. Was charged for service not done. Service rep was rude as xxxx. Had to call to check on the status of my vehicle bc no one called me with an update. 160 dollars later and to be sensor light i rep was rude as xxxx. Had to call to check on the status of my vehicle bc no one called me with an update. 160 dollars later and to be sensor light is still on. I was impressed with amount of care the service representative Selange provided. I also had some concerns about the loan that I was approved of by Kornerstone verses what I was told by the Nissan d representative Selange provided. I also had some concerns about the loan that I was approved of by Kornerstone verses what I was told by the Nissan dealer. Kornerstone approved me for $1700.00. I was told by Selange that that they only approved $1400.00 and so after paying 1500.00 up front when so came to pick up my car I had to pay an additional $236.00. which is conflicting. Can someone get with me and explain further this discrepancy? More
