I closed on 22nd feb, the day after on 23rd I wanted to revise my loan an not finance da GAP fee $800 also wanted to put down more money to bring my payment down some, so I had da receptionist Romana send revise my loan an not finance da GAP fee $800 also wanted to put down more money to bring my payment down some, so I had da receptionist Romana send out emails to my sales rep Lavar, cc gm & finance mgr to revise and they didn't get back to me, I had to follow up again 23rd an 24th at that time I was told it was too late by da sales rep Lavar, that really disappointed me tremendously as well as realizing da blue SV 2021 Rogue from ur other location I bought did not have a CD player! Please advise what can be done to rectify this dissatisfied situation? This is my 5th purchase from this location 4 was AUTONATION, 1 with Nissan Lithia Springs & will be my last with Lithia Springs Nissan as result! More
