Original issue with my Armada was misdiagnosed and was told everything was ok. Came back 2 weeks later for the same issue. Took over 4 hours before I was told it was the battery. Had to take two Lyfts to told everything was ok. Came back 2 weeks later for the same issue. Took over 4 hours before I was told it was the battery. Had to take two Lyfts to get to and from the dealership. Was told it’s $35 a day for a rental and no offer to compensate for my rides to get home and back because my truck was at the dealership all day for a battery . Poor customer service. Will probably be in Kenessaw next time. More
