I would give zero stars if i could. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in Sept. at the time my husband and I lived in TN as he is in the military and was on orders. Due to his orders he is tax e from this dealership back in Sept. at the time my husband and I lived in TN as he is in the military and was on orders. Due to his orders he is tax exempt at time of purchase and registration. I gave the dealership that information, but also informed them that we would be moving to Texas, per new military orders, the end of October. I asked if they would be able to expedite my tag/registration paperwork to have it done before our move, and i was assured they could make it happen. They absolutely did not make that happen, and the paperwork was sent over several weeks after we had moved, which made us no longer tax exempt. The dealership does not want to take responsibility for this mess up, and is leaving us to pay for all of this out of pocket for our tags and such. While i know that has always been the customers responsibility, if they had been honest and told me they could not guarantee sending over the paperwork I’m time i would have had the taxes and other related fees put into my loan for the vehicle. No, after purchasing my vehicle, and putting down 5k that day, i have to turn around and pay another 2k for their screw up. That doesn’t sit well with us at all. This is their mistake, and they should own up to it. Let alone they also will never call or email you back. You’ll have to call for days straight, numerous times a day, and ask someone to walk the phone to the person you need. They have the worst customer service. More
