Had an appointment @0900, came for a routine oil change. Was told I had a recall om my vehicle that would take 2 hours & my rear brakes should be changed but would be done within the 2 hour time frame as we Was told I had a recall om my vehicle that would take 2 hours & my rear brakes should be changed but would be done within the 2 hour time frame as well. I ended up being there 7 hours on a Saturday for a job I was told 2 hours. The man promised discount that he couldn't even give me...needless to say I won't be back. The customer service was horrible & he lied about the time frame to get the extra services done for the money. More
I like working with Colin. He gave me a nice, affordable roadmap to keep my vehicle in good working order. It was great that he prioritized the needs so that I could do the same with my budget! I did not enjoy getting so many calls the morning of from the dealership. I did not answer the first 2 as I was trying to get out the door. I later learned they were just calling to check in and I guess make sure I was still coming to the appt. I wasn't late so I don't get that. I had already received a reminder the day before. And it wasn't Colin or even the same person calling each time. That's why the rating is a 4, not a 5. More

Mrs. Robinson supplied excellent customer service, with friendly dialogue, honest/transparent recommendations, and timely responses. Of note, after having car maintenanced 2 weeks ago, and with no notic friendly dialogue, honest/transparent recommendations, and timely responses. Of note, after having car maintenanced 2 weeks ago, and with no noticeable changes in air pressure or overt defects (outside of the left back tire deformity--which prompted the visit), I was concerned that my right back tire was ripped. The explanation was "there was a small rip originally and it got bigger when we removed the tire". Keeping in mind, the car has less than 50K miles, there was no prior report or deformity/issues with this tire 2 weeks ago, and there's been no change in air pressure since my last visit at all, I feel that a) my second or two removed tires--which was to serve as my spare--was compromised b) I've participated in such services before and feel the operator was being less than honest and c) it was communicated that the tire would serve as a spare and it wasn't placed in the trunk or even communicated to myself or Mrs. Robinson until we inquired--indicating miscommunication at the least and dishonesty at its worst. It's disappointing that this was my experience, as it impacts my overall recommendation. In the end, I don't expect perfection but can't ignore the series of issues that occurred.
