We had to wait 45 minutes to pick up our car from the Service Dept. because our Service Advisor couldn’t be found and didn’t answer his phone. When he finally showed up, he didn’t even apologize. The car was returned to us with insufficient air in all 4 tires. Really, was it too much to expect they would have vacuumed the passenger cabin of a Nissan bought from their own dealership, let alone wiped the dirt off the windshield so we could drive home safely? (Apparently so.). Too bad we don’t have another Nissan dealership nearby; this one is pathetic!!! Buy your Nissan elsewhere! More
