My service experience was great, the service agent I met with was extremely polite and made sure I knew where to go and what was happening with my car. That said, when I scheduled my appointment I did not k with was extremely polite and made sure I knew where to go and what was happening with my car. That said, when I scheduled my appointment I did not know that I was going to be told to leave my car overnight so they could do an inspection the following day, I thought I would be there and out same day if not with a loaner-vehicle. My actual service spanned nearly 4 days and it was excruciatingly long. I'm sure they had many more vehicles than just mine to tend to, but considering that I only needed my brake rotors serviced, spark plugs replaced, and a new coolant hose the 4 day wait between delivery, service, and pickup was frustrating. Speed may not be their strongsuit, but the service provided was excellent and they left no stone unturned when servicing my 2012 Pathfinder. Thankfully for what they may lack in speed they make up for in friendly service and frequent status updates. More
