I've had 2 different experiences, the first one about 3 months ago didn't turn out well, I went in to try to purchase a Truck or SUV. I was approved for a car. I was greeted by and taken care of by Adam Soule, and others that I would men by names, if I knew their names . They made sure I had the best experience possible and with his help and the help of a few others, I'm now the proud owner of a 2020 silver Nissan Kicks S. Terrible experience .. came in for an oil change and the inquire about the squealing when i turn on my ax/ heater. Was told nothing was wrong with my belt not sure what the squeal is and then charged me 600 inquire about the squealing when i turn on my ax/ heater. Was told nothing was wrong with my belt not sure what the squeal is and then charged me 600 bucks for air filters and other garbage I did not need. Drove to my old mechanic said my belt was cracked and the pulley was off- fixed it for 60 bucks so i could pass my state inspection. Getting Non stop calls now from the dealership to buy my car, purchase a warranty etc. but won’t respond to the i queries bout why they overcharged me and didn’t fix an obvious and necessary issue. Worst car experience i have ever had. More
