Dealership is fine, but I was disappointed when the technician failed to properly fix the two things I brought my car in for. When I brought my car back for the repair I knew wasn't fixed properly, I w technician failed to properly fix the two things I brought my car in for. When I brought my car back for the repair I knew wasn't fixed properly, I was advised that the other repair wasn't fixed properly as well. When this incompetency happens with customers, we should be compensated. I was not!!! We already pay an arm and a leg for service repairs. As least hire competent technicians. More
I didn't enjoy my visitYesterday to get my oil changed, I didn't enjoy my visit Yesterday to get my oil changed, I had appointment at 7:30 am , I arrive at 7:11 am I didn't leave until about 10:45am and th I didn't enjoy my visit Yesterday to get my oil changed, I had appointment at 7:30 am , I arrive at 7:11 am I didn't leave until about 10:45am and they didn't come in the waiting room and tell me my car was ready I had to go and ask if they were finish with my car and then I found out my car had been finish every since 8:30am and yeah I expected more than that from my dealership. Called and made an appointment for my first oil change and made sure I told Melissa that I wanted my free car detail that the salesman mentioned when I bought the car. I was there 3.5 hours!!!! After waiting 2 hours for my oil change the service dept sent my keys over to sales for the detail and they told me it would be an hour. After that hour I approached the sales desk and spoke with DJ and he said they haven’t even started detailing my car bc they had new vehicles coming in to wash. Ok???? Even though I did get a free oil change and tank of gas I felt like I was totally ignored when it came to my APPOINTMENT MADE for my detail. I didn’t feel like that was good customer service. More
