Took vehicle in on Thursday, with an appointment and did not get it back until Tuesday. I had to call on Friday and actually had to drive there on Monday for updates (no one bothered to reach out to me). S not get it back until Tuesday. The service was for a manufacturers sponsored part replacement and looked to me like other customer pay jobs were prioritized. So what happened to first in first out. I managed a corporate customer service department for 24 years and the service manager needs better training on how to do his job. If he was reviewing all work that carries over to the nexy day, to understand why, this would not have happened, unless it was done with his knowledge and approval.. I will drive the extra 10 miles to take my 2 Nissan vehicles to another dealer for service issues. More

I have visited this Nissan for many years. The service I received on 08/26/20 was not the best because when I return on 09/02/20 my air filter needed to be changed and three of my tires had no tread.
