Everybody was friendly and nice. I had no appointment but was only there for 3 hours top. Oil and filter change and air in my tires. The communication was horrible. I was left for long periods without knowing the status of my repair. Texts would pop up on my phone asking me to authorize work when I was not told t I was left for long periods without knowing the status of my repair. Danny my advisor went on a ride with me after brought my car. He had his head Technican drive the car. It took around 2 hours. They found the problem went over with me and fixed my car no charge.
