I was visiting from out of town and first of all scheduling the appointment was hard. The representative on the phone still managed to tell them I was there for a service appointment when I explaine scheduling the appointment was hard. The representative on the phone still managed to tell them I was there for a service appointment when I explained that I needed my belts replaced several times. Then after the usual long wait I paid and was ready to go, they didn’t have my service checkpoint list and recommendations. I don’t know if it just wasn’t done or lost but I had to wait for them to go back over my car. Due to the inconvenience I was offered a 10% discount for a future service at that location in which I am never going back to so that was unhelpful. The reason they get 1 star is the fact that I had my car serviced before the trip and the dealership reviewed everything that needed attention with me. I had to show the staff member the checkpoint list I gotten before because they couldn’t find mine. Then when talking about recommendations because the prior dealership already discussed the prominent maintenance issues with me and I had the paper this dealership only felt like it was important to focus on my tires since I supposedly knew about My other issues. Lastly I need my transmission serviced and they couldn’t really talk to me about that since “They didn’t know my car” but the other dealership could and I just needed to know if it was safe to continue long distances. But I won’t be returning to this location and I hope others have a better experience More
