Long waiting and dirty wheels and tires I went in for oil change and tires which was supposed to take 2 hours. After 4 hours I got my car back dirty wheels and tires. The service rep was cou I went in for oil change and tires which was supposed to take 2 hours. After 4 hours I got my car back dirty wheels and tires. The service rep was courteous and kept checking the progress but having to wait twice as long as promised was not acceptable. I should at least been offered a complimentary oil change or something for my inconvenience. More
