Had 2 different services and my car was kept there for 8 hours only for an oil change. That’s did not get started on until 2:30/3:00. The car had been there since 8:17 am. Honestly the sales person TM was awesome but the time spent on my car the day I got it back was ridiculous, I was told one thing and they decided to do another. They were not honest and had issues. On them setting appointments and wanted me to come in on that day knowing I have a child, wanted me to come in right away!! There were also new cars parked In the handicapped places, my boyfriend is a disabled veteran and has a service dog! They need to atleast need to be more compliant with things of that sort. More
