Some Things Done Right. Some Improvements Needed. Looked online for service opportunities and there were none for the next day. However, when I called there were more than a few appointments. I asked about a battery replacement and after consulting with Parts, I was told they wouldn’t be able to provide a warranty with the battery because my Infinity wasn’t a Nissan product. I assured the person Infinity was indeed a Nissan product and they doubled down - no warranty was available because my car wasn’t Nissan. Excellent service advisor. Met me outside to ask if I needed help, talked to me about my needs, assured me there certainly would be a warranty, listened to what I asked. Called me back with additional problems that had been found at the promised time. Gave me an estimate of Price and how long the service would take and I said I’d call back to verify it was ready before I came back. When I called back at the appropriate time, there wasn’t an answer in the service department but someone took my name and assured me someone would call me back right away to tell me if my car was ready. I never got a returned call but when I went back in spite of that, there were plenty of service advisors available. I just never got a returned call. My car was clean and ready for me to pick up at the price I was quoted. Would I recommend Nissan of Lithia Springs to others? I’d tell someone they should persevere if they are really in need of service there. Once I got to a service advisor it seemed to be a good experience. More

Everyone was very nice. They had the car I wanted and was ready to accommodate me if necessary. However, the dealership could have done better with following COVID-19 protocols (masks were rarely worn while ready to accommodate me if necessary. I just want to say thank you to Collin Smith, he was very helpful as it was my first time at Nissan Express Service. It wasn’t asked but he gave me a list of maintenance my car needed and had it not been for helpful as it was my first time at Nissan Express Service.
