Very disappointed with the purchase of the Rouge. Didn’t get the car until one week later because of the rearview mirror was missing. Then when we got the car my wife drove the car home. I came in an hour later and went out to look at all the options inside and tried to crank it up and it wouldn’t start. I talked to the person we bought the car from and told him about it.(Jacob Brown). He said was the switch left on? I said no it’s push button how can that happen? Battery had corroded post and I sent a picture of it to Jacob. He said that it passed the service check. (Must not have had one) We were told to go get a new battery and the dealership would refund our money. So I drove 59 mile round trip to purchase a new battery. I had the current battery checked and it was bad. I sent a copy of the battery test and the amount of the new one to Jacob. He said they would send us a check for the refund. Three (3) weeks later still no refund today 8/12/22. The vehicle was purchased on 7/18/22. Still getting the run around. Also while test driving the car the low air pressure light was on. I told the Jacob about it he said they took care of it. The next day after we got the car the low air pressure light is still on. We were told is is a service problem and I will have the service manager call you. No call yet! I have never had a problem with any car dealership at all and I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. Needless to say I will NEVER return to Lithia Springs Nissan again nor suggest anyone go there to purchase a vehicle. We are very disappointed with them. Not to mention we were there 8 hours that day purchased the car then couldn’t drive it home. Gave us a loaner we had to put gas in it before we got home. It’s been a very bad experience all around. Our lawyer may have to get involved. I know it’s only $128.23 we paid for the battery but we didn’t have it to spend at the time either. My wife doesn’t get paid during July and August so it has been a struggle so that’s why we didn’t have the extra money. Very dissatisfied with the whole purchase even thought about letting them have it back. This probably won’t be seen by anyone but anyway!
