Better communication is key. Unreturned phone calls for almost a whole day therefore no work was performed on my vehicle. Can't pay if no one calls back. Service man did acknowledge that he was not receivi almost a whole day therefore no work was performed on my vehicle. Can't pay if no one calls back. Service man did acknowledge that he was not receiving his calls from the call center and neither was his phone ringing. Allowed him to view my call log to let him see that I had been calling since the day before to pay to get the job done. Nothing had been started. He was polite when face to face. I do appreciate that much. Everyone that I came in contact with was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable. Thanks everyone. More
