My car was there for two weeks and still no one will return a call. The lack of sufficient customer care and communication is horrendous at this location. After the first week of calling without a response, I wanted to pick my car up and take it to another location but figured it has been a week so I sent my husband there in person. Which should have been an unnecessary affirm to communicate with Nissan. I can see no reason for the need to be inconvenienced any further with Nissans lack of effective communication and poor customer care. I will not return. More

I have been coming to this dealership for over 6 years. In the past 1-2 years, the dealership has not kept my contact information (phone number, email, name or address) correct. I consistently have to te In the past 1-2 years, the dealership has not kept my contact information (phone number, email, name or address) correct. I consistently have to tell them who I am and correct my personal information within the system. At my recent service, they associated my account with the wrong vehicle and my receipt had another customers name and address on it. This is concerning because I am not confident that my personal information is being updated appropriately and that it isn't being provided to another customer. My car also had oil/dirt stains on the fabric on the roof inside the car when I picked it up. More
