My Nissan representative was friendly and professional. He told me how long it would take my car to be serviced and was correct almost down to the minute. I had an appt for 10:30 for an oil change. I showed up 15 minutes early. It still took them 2 hours for a simple oil change. There was grease on my driver side door and the "car wash" is a I showed up 15 minutes early. It still took them 2 hours for a simple oil change. There was grease on my driver side door and the "car wash" is a joke. The entire passenger side of my car was actually still DRY after said "car wash" while the driver side was wet. (And still greasy) Your redeeming quality and the reason I am at least giving a 3 star rating isbecause the food was good and the cashiers were great! Very sweet and offered wonderful customer service! More
