My first encounter with a guy there that refuse to give me his name was very unpleasant. He was rude, not helpful and I guess his co worker was siding with him too cause I went to get the person that sold me his name was very unpleasant. He was rude, not helpful and I guess his co worker was siding with him too cause I went to get the person that sold me my car and the sarcasm was up to the roof! I went it because, I was sent there to get a new key for my car which the dealership was paying for and I was definitely at the wrong place. The first guy didn’t say that he just had an attitude and even with the people on the phone that sent me. So I decided to say forget the key because I can’t deal with your reps attitude. When they arrived someone else was there n said we needed to go somewhere else which was a few steps away. He could’ve said that from the beginning instead of his nasty attitude. The person that we went to after was very kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to save the day honestly Esp the greeter. But I rather drive for hours to find another Nissan dealership than to drive 10 mins for attitude from your employees. It’s sad. Very sad. More
