This is the second time that I paid $200 for an oil change! Not your fault, mine. The young man who took care of me, Chad, was very professional. I still left feeling like I was scammed. Initially I brought my car into service to get a new compressor upon picking up my car the front right passenger side the panel was broken apart I brought it to Danny's attention he took it back for a q compressor upon picking up my car the front right passenger side the panel was broken apart I brought it to Danny's attention he took it back for a quick fix still coming apart came back in for a front break pads brought it to Chaz attention he gave it a quick fix then again I brought it in on this past Saturday for oil change brought it to Cass attention he said he would have to get with the service manager to order the part haven't heard back from them it's been 2 days I would like to hear from someone or else I'm going to the BBB and report you all for bad service also upon picking up my car nobody told me where they had parked it after they did the oil change on Saturday I had to go around a lot to look for my car which is poor service. I'm getting to the point where I'm not going to ever bring my car back to this location as well. More
