1st oil change wasn't done correctly, all the oil leaked out. It was very, very difficult to talk to someone about what our options were. We couldn't drive the car to get it fixed. We left so many messages out. It was very, very difficult to talk to someone about what our options were. We couldn't drive the car to get it fixed. We left so many messages yet no one called us back. The problem was handled so unprofessionally. We ended calling your corporate customer service & they arranged a tow. I wish I didn't have to come back there for my free oil changes!!! More

I dropped my car off and my customer service was none like I had no customer service nobody communicated to me about my car with my car was done I had to keep calling and never a service representative w like I had no customer service nobody communicated to me about my car with my car was done I had to keep calling and never a service representative was available the service representative manager never called me back I called for two and a half weeks straight it was horrible I wouldn't recommend this Nissan service center ever More
