They missed something that was wrong with my car and let me leave with it. I then had to bring back the car for the same problem as the original problem and they didn’t offer me a rental car until the day b me leave with it. They had the car for 5 days minimum each time, with that being said the customer service seriously needs some work because they did not provide any updates. Everytime I tried to call to get updates everyone was too busy or they couldn’t reach those who are supposed to be available to provide those updates. More

When i checked in, i was told it would be a 3 hour wait. It ended up being over 6 hours. We were only updated when we asked for an update. The most frustrating part was when i got back in my vehicle, they a It ended up being over 6 hours. We were only updated when we asked for an update. The most frustrating part was when i got back in my vehicle, they actually left my car running for the most of the time he was doing the repair because my gas gauge was less than a quarter of a tank. When i pulled in i was over 3/4 of a tank. It’s very frustrating when gas prices are as high as they are. I’m not sure i will be back. More
