I was very pleased with the customer service from Nissan of Lithia Springs. From the time I walked in the door I was treated with excellent service. My salesperson was totally awesome, she told me, I will of Lithia Springs. From the time I walked in the door I was treated with excellent service. My salesperson was totally awesome, she told me, I will walk out with a car that day. Well, that sounded good to me because I drove a SUV that was on it's last leg. My salesperson AK, took me outside to a 2018 Nissan SR. It was Immaculate, inside and outside looked brand new. My heart was racing, I told her I can't afford this or even get approved. From that point on I didn't have to worry about anything. I was approved with very little down payment. It was very nice that the team congratulated me. My salesperson put a big red ribbon on the Kicks SR and took our picture. The entire staff at Nissan of Lithia Springs presented excellent service. When I get ready to trade the Kicks SR in, I will see Nissan of Lithia Springs again. More
