Worst service ever you guys had my Nissan Murano 2 whole months to replace a key. first the service guy tell me that the key will be cut and program by the end of that day so I called back the next day to months to replace a key. first the service guy tell me that the key will be cut and program by the end of that day so I called back the next day to see if you guys was done with my vehicle he said no it go take a little longer but he said he will update me and keep my in the loop .for the next three weeks after I spoke to the service guy I couldn't get in touch with him or he didn't reach out and give me any updates the next time we talk he said the key wasn't programmable because their programming the key and it's kicking the program back out so I asked him would he do a diagnostic to find out the problem he said yes so from my understanding I'm thinking that he have done a full diagnostic on it and found the problem that was wrong with the key because he said that it would be $2400 and some change to do what they needed to do to get my car fixed so I said okay about a week or so after that he called back and he stated Mr Cosby I have good news when my technician was going through this that and the third he found some wires that he fixed so he don't need to do all of the other part replacement that we discussed. from that point on I felt like he was shortcut the work on my car I was expecting him to fix everything we discussed and me pay for everything to be fixed then when I show up I asked him to point out the areas that they had replaced and fixed he said he was unable to do that and he also had charged me extra for things I didn't receive which I asked him to remove and he did. then I asked him can I look at it you know check it out he was like go ahead but it was a tow truck sitting in front of my car where I couldn't move it and test drive it so I paid the balance and then I got in the vehicle I drove it to the gas station I realized the vehicle is bone dry no transmission fluid no oil and now I'm trying to figure out how did these guys test drive my vehicle if it didn't have any fluids in it so I put fluids in my vehicle and I just test drove it I was in the car for approximately 8 minutes and it's like my car start making a noise a noise I never heard before and then I call you guys back I just asked him could I bring it in and you guys check it out he wanted to give me the run down by whatever they did that could have not been the reason your car doing this without even ever checking the car out again so it's like you know that kind of made me feel like he didn't want to deal with this situation anymore like kind of trying to brush me off but he agreed to allow my car to be brought back up there so I'm bringing it back up there 6/3/2022 .they also repaired a recall part on my car and it seemed like something up under my car is unhooked that wasn't unhooked before so at the end of the day I came up I paid $1,000 a thousand and $2 for a key replacement and I drive my car for approximately 10 minutes and start having problems so I'm feeling very cheated I'm feeling very disappointed I'm feeling disgusted with the service so if someone there at Nissan can help me out with this problem it'll be greatly appreciated because I feel like I've been underserved More
