I have purchased several cars from this dealership over the years and I have seen various changes in management/ownership/leadership over the years. I always appreciate a nice, warm cup of coffee when I visit, but I also appreciate the comfortable seating and the complementary snacks. Even though the initial wait was more lengthy than I preferred, I can understand the conditions that may have led to the wait. Being that several cars were ahead of me when I arrived, the Customer Care reps were working hard to move cars, especially when it started to rain. Bud treated me with care and respect. I must also add that even though I arrived early for my appointment, the staff was instrumental with servicing my vehicle as quickly as they could. Once I was in the waiting room, I did not have a long wait, even though there were quite a few customers waiting for their serviced vehicles. The updates on the monitor is a nice touch, too. This way, I had an approximate idea of when my vehicle would be finished. Overall, I was rather pleased with the experience and the service Nissan provided during my last visit. More
