My experience with Nissan was not a pleasant one. The first sign of trouble was I received the wrong paperwork. Then they fixed a part on my car that did not need to be fixed so when I got my car ba The first sign of trouble was I received the wrong paperwork. Then they fixed a part on my car that did not need to be fixed so when I got my car back, it was doing the exact same thing as when I took it in. So I took my car back and after a couple of weeks they finally found out that it was my transmission which is what I told them in the first place. Mind you my car was there for a week before I heard anything from them and I had to call to get an update. They did give me a rental on them for the screw up so ill give them that. But they had my car for almost a month with very little communication. To sum it up, I will never use them again More

On my last visit, the professional mistook another person for me. He approached the person, and addressed them by my name. When I spoke up and asked them if they were looking for me, he totally disregarded me as if I had not spoken. I have never experienced this before; however, I did not appreciate it in the least. The dealership should instruct the customer service representatives to announce "Mr/Ms your car is ready"; this will alleviate mistaken identities. More
