I had an appointment and still waited 4 hours before my car was even brought to the bay doors. I had to leave my car was never serviced. Nissan of Lithia Springs has truly been a source of great help for my issue. My brakes, rotors, calipers, and pads were damaged by another repair shop that I dealt with for about a month to try and get great help for my issue. My brakes, rotors, calipers, and pads were damaged by another repair shop that I dealt with for about a month to try and get fixed, to no avail. I brought my car here, and after a couple of tries, hit and misses, they finally figured out what was needed to correct my issue. After a new caliper, rotors, and pads, my car is running and "braking" properly. Thanks to Bud Orr, Ron Stone, all the service techs, Danny (who filled in when Bud was off)...you all are the best! More
