The service clerk was awesome. The service was ok. Only giving a 3 because my car was left dirty inside on the floor, when they changed my cabin filter they just left the debris, dirt and leaves and I had giving a 3 because my car was left dirty inside on the floor, when they changed my cabin filter they just left the debris, dirt and leaves and I had just cleaned my car. I asked to get my tire looked at because it had a slow leak and at first they said they didn’t see anything and I had to ask them to put the tire in water and they found a nail. Had I not pushed the issue I would have left and been driving with a nail in my tire. Also I was charged more then what I was quoted. And I asked to use the 20% off that was being given to healthcare workers and I didn’t receive the full %20 my total. And it took forever for me to get a appointment I got the run around. More

The oil and filter change went well. The service tech that helped me recommended a new battery. The price of that battery was $180. A bit steep. When I asked why so much I was told it was a Nissan batter that helped me recommended a new battery. The price of that battery was $180. A bit steep.
