I had a pleasurable experience when I arrived for an oil change. I was greeted promptly by a worker who asked me if I had any questions/ concerns regarding vehicle and if I water to drink and or something change. While waiting for oil change I was looking at the autos on the lot when approached by Salesman Jon W who was very professional, kind and knowledgeable about the cars. He spoke to me about the cars I was interested in took me on test drive and I found myself purchasing a vehicle. Nick C and Andrew were very helpful as well they walked over all the features of the vehicle and helped me down load the app and was just a pleasure to be around. Everyone at the dealership was vey kind and helpful. I had a wonderful experience overall. The only bad thing was the paperwork that was printed out didn’t have adequate amount of ink and as a result much of the wording is difficult to make out. I was told I would get another print out when I visit the facility again and I trust that the salesman will honor their word. More

I dropped my vehicle at 8 am and it is now 3:30 pm. I still don’t have my vehicle or an update on the service. Horrible customer service when I called to speak with someone on an update. Daniel was amazing honestly. He got me RIGHT in for a quick battery change at five pm when most of their techs had already gone home and he changed my battery himself after seein He got me RIGHT in for a quick battery change at five pm when most of their techs had already gone home and he changed my battery himself after seeing i had my two small children with me! I couldn't get in touch with anyone about my car before I scheduled to see if a part was in stock. Left emails and sent messages through call center. Short staffed so I couldn't get in touch with anyone re I scheduled to see if a part was in stock. Left emails and sent messages through call center. Short staffed so I couldn't get in touch with anyone regarding the estimate so they could work on my car. My second estimate said 38$ when it was actually $100. Chad was helpful. He gave me a discount and also double checked my tires bc my estimate did I needed four new tires and I do not. Chad saved it. The guy who checked me in was at fault but he was also working very hard to keep up the slack. More
