When I checked in, I asked what was the wait time for an oil change. I only had two hours to spare. The young lady that checked me in was awesome and she did a great job at following up with the team to mak oil change. I only had two hours to spare. When it was time to check out my service guy (Chad) had no sense of urgency at getting me checked out. I needed to be done by 4:00pm because I had to pick up my grandson from school. After checking me out they told me my car was up front but it wasn’t my car. Once we located my car parked on the back of the parking lot, they couldn’t fine my key. I was frustrated because I couldn’t pick up my grandson on time so he was waiting. Once I knew someone else could pick up my grandson I started to calm down. I went to the sales department asking to speak to a manager and they indicated that the service manager was not in and the person in charge will come and talk to me. That person never showed up. I think at one point I became a joke because a couple of sale people approached me trying to sell me a new car since they could find my key to my current car. A guy from the service team found me and said they were going to make me a new key at no charge, I responded with I hope they don’t think I’m paying for a new key. Chad finally came up to me and communicated the same information about the new key. After this ordeal was over Chad inform me to bring my spare key to the shop because its needs to be programmed to my car, when my car is on empty he will give me a tank of gas and he will have my car detailed. I being dealing with the dealer ship for a long time and I have had some issues in the past, but this is the worse. More
Chad was extremely considered with all my concerns. He made sure I had the answers to my questions, and he made sure he went beyond what was expected. I do Wish that my engine light didn’t come back on after I left, and the tire light still come on as I have no air in my tires. Tires were rotated and filled with air. After my oil was changed, a sticker was not placed on my window to let me know when my next service will be. This is done on each service to help me know when my next change is due. More
