I dropped my car of at 8:30 am. My service agent never called me back. I called at 4:30 pm and talked to a different agent who told me the problem with my car and price to fix it. B My service agent never called me back. I called at 4:30 pm and talked to a different agent who told me the problem with my car and price to fix it. But would be next day before it would be fixed because I didn’t have an appointment. I said fine I I stood that from beginning that’s why I rented car. He said he’d tell my service agent. Still hadn’t heard from my service agent by 10:30 am next day so I called to make sure my car was being worked on and when it would be ready. Was on hold a long time then told she’d have to call me back she wasn’t picking up. Called back an hour later told they didn’t know if she was in or not I might have to wait until tomorrow. I had a fit said I hadn’t heard from her since I dropped my car off at 8:30 the day before and I had a car rental and I wanted to know what was going on with my car and demanded to speak to a manager. After a few minutes I was told he wasn’t in either. I told her I didn’t car if he had to call me from him or the hospital he better call me back. He did call me back did find out my car was fixed and ready to go. What a goat rodeo. I’ve been taking my car there since I bought it in 2008 and had it regularly serviced and worked on. I’ve been a loyal customer. I think I should have been treated a lot better than that. I might be going to another place next time. According to some other Nissan places I was over charged too. Very disappointed this time. More

I took my vehicle in for an inspection my main reason was to check to see if there was an oil leak and where was it coming from. After picking the vehicle up I was told they couldn’t tell me if there was an to check to see if there was an oil leak and where was it coming from. After picking the vehicle up I was told they couldn’t tell me if there was an oil leak or not because they didn’t have the vehicle long enough but they had my vehicle for at least 7 hours….really people…. A waste of money and time!! More
My service was excellent from the very beginning. I was a little early for my scheduled appointment, but the technician greeted me with open arms…and yes, they were masked. My service representative, Chad, allowed me to explain my concerns. He listened and then offered what he believed, would assist me in getting all the necessary services. Chad Moran gave me excellent service for me personally and he made sure that my car was serviced in all areas with the services that my car needed. More
I took my wife's 2017 Nissan Rogue in for a simple warranty service on March 12th. Lithia Springs is out of the way for us. We Live in Kennesaw, but having paid for the extended dealer & manufacturer warranty service on March 12th. Lithia Springs is out of the way for us. We Live in Kennesaw, but having paid for the extended dealer & manufacturer warranty my assumption has been that... the dealer SHOULD be the safest place to take my car, while it's still covered. After waiting 2 hours for an oil change I drove about 6 miles and stopped for gas. When I turned to see which pump that I was parked at, there was smoke coming from under the hood. I opened the hood and there was probably a half of a quart of oil visible on the intake manifold and the fill cap was missing. I contacted my service writer and asked for a tow truck & loaner car,...which they did provide. But, My car was not ready for pickup until February 8th. What's even worse is the fact that I could not get my service writer on the phone for over 2 weeks after the initial appointmen/incident... and NO ONE ELSE WOULD HELP! They will never touch my vehicle again!!, period. Typically I either give reviews that are positive, even if the service wasn't great, or simply don't write a review. BUT THIS WAS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER FELT THE NEED TO REPLY TO. I HAVE NO FAITH IN Nissan of Lithia Springs More
