The customer care line for the service summary seems to be understaffed. Most of my frustrations came when I could not contact to get an update on the car. I was in the process of moving, so having everything timed efficiently was really important. My appointment was on Friday, January 21st at 7am. My move in day was Saturday the 22nd, and I needed to get to the dealership early so that I would have enough time to move. When I showed up, I was told that my car had not even been serviced yet, despite a Nissan technician calling me Friday evening to let me know it was ready. I am never coming back to this location... This is the second time that they have messed up. The first being trying to charge me over $300 for an oil change and tire rotation on a 2019 Altima, which at the time had less than 25K miles. More
