Chavonne assisted me during my recent visit for an oil change and new front wipers. She was extremely professional, took time to answer questions and explain how synthetic differs from conventional oil, n change and new front wipers. She was extremely professional, took time to answer questions and explain how synthetic differs from conventional oil, no service person had ever done this. She also guaranteed to get me out quickly and did so. I've had a Nissan car for over 13 years now. In recent years I have NOT been pleased with Nissan as a company. Chavonne however was the best experience I've had working with the company. I would like to note that one of the guys who takes the car to the back or perhaps a mechanic changed my radio dial. For future reference, please DO NOT change the dials that is unprofessional. If you don't want to hear what is playing cut the radio off. More
Customer service was great he was selling a car and he did just that. But the car was a bad car battery went out immediately after I left the dealership and went home. Overall the dealership has always met my needs and made sure I was taken care of. However the last time (Jan 5th, 2022) I had my vehicle serviced at the Lithia Springs location, I got my car back and the p sure I was taken care of. However the last time (Jan 5th, 2022) I had my vehicle serviced at the Lithia Springs location, I got my car back and the passenger seat was leaned back and my car smelled like food. Made it feel like someone ate their lunch and had a nap in my car on their break?? I personally do not put food in my vehicle at any point ever because I can’t stand the smell it leaves behind. Any leftovers go in my trunk until I get home. For this reason I am pretty frustrated that this is the behavior coming from a dealership. I would expect this from a hole in the wall auto repair shop. Not the dealer. More
