If I could give ZERO stars I would in a heart beat. I brought my vehicle in because my emergency break was coming on when the vehicle was placed in drive. My vehicle advisor Kayla added comments to my re brought my vehicle in because my emergency break was coming on when the vehicle was placed in drive. My vehicle advisor Kayla added comments to my report stating that “the customer stated she was hearing grinding noises”. Not once during our conversation did I mention anything about a grinding noise coming from the vehicle. Nissan proceed to provide me with a diagnostic report stating that two of my sensors were in need of repair/reset. I authorized the work to be done. The following day I receive a call from Kayla stating that she didn’t believe the technicians diagnostic and had them check the car again. The new diagnostic report reflected that I was in need of a new transmission because the vehicle was making grinding noises. I declined the work under the belief of fraudulent activity. I DROVE the vehicle for a second opinion that reflected nothing was wrong with the transmission. Please be very weary of theses advisors because they will lie in order to rob you of your money. More
