Worst experience ever! I towed my car in, explained what was wrong with my car and a diagnostic needed to be done because the car has been sitting for about a year, which it’ll run but won’t move after awhi was wrong with my car and a diagnostic needed to be done because the car has been sitting for about a year, which it’ll run but won’t move after awhile. Long story short, I purchased a battery and they told me to pick up my car and nothing was wrong with it, without a diagnostic. They never did a diagnostic and I ended up towing my car back home. Also, they had my car over a week. They don’t call you back, never give an update and the advisor Josh ignores calls and acts as a mechanic. I literally had to send someone up there to explain what was going on again. Nissans customer service is just horrible. They need to do better. More

I scheduled recall service for two separate recalls, only one was completed. Apparently the service department was missing a USB needed to complete the second job. I’m currently having issues that started immediately after vehicle was serviced for the first recall. The control center is failing to operate Bluetooth from phone even though it says it’s connected. This needs to be corrected, as it’s causing issues with phone calls and music play. This has not been a good experience for me. More
I was very unhappy after the 3 days. that service department kept my car and returned to me in worse condition then they received it!!
