I will never bring my car back to this place! The turn over rate is extremely high they are entirely too busy and they don’t listen to what you actually want done to your car. My car has been serviced there 4 times prior to them telling me I needed brakes and I asked for multiple brake inspections. Every time I go there it’s a new advisor and they are in training and are jot helpful at all. I’m so over it, I can never get them to answer the phone, and they are beyond rude!! My car will not be serviced there ever again! PS. Shaq and Curtis were very helpful. Although I stood in the lobby with a 10am appointment and did not get seen or spoken to until almost noon! My car was not done with service until 3:30pm and they didn’t even do a full service on it. You guys just lost a very loyal customer good luck over there! More

The woman who initially handled my case was extremely rude and not helpful. I dropped off my car at my appointment time early in the morning and by closing time she wouldn’t even tell me if I was going t rude and not helpful. She refused to give me any answers regarding my car and did not attempt to get answers about my car. Her attitude was so bad and she began slamming drawers and was ver condescending . It was such a horrible experience I will never return to the lithia springs location and I’m thinking about trading in my car completely and getting a car from company with better customer service and less headaches More

The customers service I received was great. I was lied to about the service that was did to my vehicle. The work was not done at all.
