The wait time was extensive from the moment I drove up to the garage I was sitting in my car for almost 20 minutes before a tech came to my window for check in. I had an appointment for 10:00 am and didn’t l the garage I was sitting in my car for almost 20 minutes before a tech came to my window for check in. The service itself appears to be great but the wait times; even for appointments are just as long if not longer than folks without one. More
