My rating is an F/0/Fail. I had the absolute worst experience with the service manager, Ron Stone (sp?). Mr Stone was very rude and disrespectful. He even turned his back and walked away from me as I experience with the service manager, Ron Stone (sp?). Mr Stone was very rude and disrespectful. He even turned his back and walked away from me as I was speaking with him. There is no excuse for his behavior, especially as the service MANAGER. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will not be returning to or referring anyone to Nissan of Lithia Springs. I will also be posting a negative review on Yelp and sending a letter to the Corporate customer service dept. More
The female who service me was Excellent, she portrayed her professionalism, with courtesy, knowledge and she was very prompt in quoting time & prices. She gave details of the building where to sit in ot her professionalism, with courtesy, knowledge and she was very prompt in quoting time & prices. I have been a Nissan customer for a long time but the service has been getting ridiculously long.
